Terms and conditions

Last reviewed: 2026-09-08

1. Who we are

PixelSable is developing kitesurfing equipment. The seller’s legal identity and contact details will be set out here before ordering opens.

2. Products and availability

The ARC handle shown on this website is in development and is not available to buy. Images and the product film preview the design. Final product information, availability and delivery estimates must be provided before a sale.

3. Orders, prices and payment

When sales open, consumer prices will include applicable VAT. Shipping and any other unavoidable charges must be shown before an order is placed. Customers must be able to review the complete order and total, correct mistakes, and knowingly confirm an obligation to pay. An order confirmation and the applicable terms must be supplied in a format the customer can retain.

4. Delivery

The agreed delivery period applies. If no different period has been agreed, goods must be delivered within 30 days. The seller remains responsible for the goods until the consumer, or a person designated by them, receives them, subject to the statutory exception for a carrier independently appointed by the consumer. Statutory rights for late or failed delivery remain available.

5. Cancellation and returns

Consumers buying standard physical goods online generally have 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason. The time limits, refund rules and return-cost information are explained in our withdrawal and returns policy.

6. Faulty products and statutory rights

Products must conform to the contract and meet reasonable expectations. Dutch statutory conformity rights have no universal fixed two-year limit. Where the law requires it, the seller must provide a remedy such as repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund. An additional commercial guarantee cannot reduce these rights.

7. Complaints

Once contact details are available, complaints should describe the issue and include the relevant order reference. Statutory remedies and access to a competent court remain unaffected. No membership of an alternative dispute-resolution scheme is claimed.

8. Applicable law

These draft terms are written for a Netherlands-based seller. Any choice of Dutch law must not deprive an EU consumer of mandatory protections available under the law of their habitual residence. No clause excludes mandatory consumer rights.
